Level Up Uniforms Terms of Service

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing [www.levelupuniforms.ca] (the "Site") or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Order Process

  • Order Confirmation: All Orders are final once they are placed. Pickup location will be confirmed via email with your Team Manager/Coach.

  • Age Group-Specific Orders: Families with multiple age divisions (e.g., U12 and U17) acknowledge orders may be delivered to separate locations.

  • Custom Orders: Custom uniform designs require approval from Level Up Uniforms and the team/organization.

3. Payment

  • All prices are in CAD.

  • Payment is due at checkout. For bulk/custom orders, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

  • Chargebacks without prior resolution attempts will result in account suspension.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: Free delivery is available only within HRM. Exceptions require pre-approval via [sales@levelupuniforms.ca].

  • Delivery Process:

    • Orders are delivered to a Team Manager/Coach-designated location (e.g., practice field, arena).

    • Delivery dates/times are coordinated via email.

  • Liability:

    • Level Up Uniforms is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed orders after delivery.

    • Uncollected orders remain with the team; re-delivery fees may apply thereafter.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have any issues.

  • No Refunds: Due to the custom nature of uniforms, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are defective.

  • Sizing Issues: Confirm sizing with your Team Manager before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, and content on the Site are owned by Level Up Uniforms unless stated otherwise.

  • Unauthorized use of team/organization logos on custom orders is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

  • Product Availability: Inventory is subject to change.

  • Product Accuracy: Colors/fabrics may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing.

  • Third-Party Liability: We are not responsible for delays caused by Team Managers/Coaches or external venues.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Level Up Uniforms’ total liability for any claim is limited to the order value.

  • We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., missed games due to delayed orders).

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, including for:

    • Fraudulent activity.

    • Harassment of staff.

    • Violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
