Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

  • We currently offer free delivery exclusively within the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).

  • Customers outside HRM may request exceptions by contacting us at [sales@levelupuniforms.ca before placing an order.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed at a later date once they are finalized. Do not expect to pick up orders within a few days after purchase.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is out for drop-off to designated team location.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Process

  • All orders are delivered free of charge to a designated area (e.g., practice field, locker room, or game venue) organized by your Team Manager or Coach.

  • Delivery details (location and date) must be confirmed via email with your Team Manager before orders are dispatched.

2. Age Group-Specific Delivery

  • Orders are grouped by age division (e.g., U12, U17).

  • Families with orders across multiple age groups may need to collect items from different locations (e.g., U12 at Practice Field A, U17 at Arena B).

Order Pickup & Liability

1. Pickup Responsibility

  • Orders will be left with your Team Manager or Coach at the agreed-upon location.

  • Level Up Uniforms is not liable for orders once delivered. It is your responsibility to:

    • Coordinate pickup with your Team Manager.

    • Collect your items promptly.

2. Lost or Unclaimed Orders

  • Unclaimed orders will remain with the team for 14 days. After this period, contact us to arrange re-delivery (fees may apply).

Exceptions & Custom Requests

  • For delivery outside HRM, special scheduling, or bulk orders, email [sales@levelupuniforms.ca] with:

    • Your order number.

    • Preferred delivery location/date.

    • Team Manager contact details.
