The East Hants Minor Hockey Association (EHMHA) serves over 350 players in one of Nova Scotia’s fastest-growing regions. Founded in 1969, EHMHA offers in-house U7 and U9 programs and participates in both the Dartmouth Whalers Recreational Hockey League and the Central Minor Hockey Federation. Known proudly as the East Hants Penguins since the late 1960s, our teams wear the iconic Pittsburgh Penguins colours and are backed by a dedicated Board of Directors. With deep roots in the community and a tradition of excellence, we continue to grow the game of hockey for players of all ages and skill levels.
