Where are you located?

Level Up Uniforms & Apparel is exclusively operated online, and we are based out of Eastern Passage, NS. We primarily service organizations within HRM.

How do you make your apparel?

We proudly collaborate with other Canadian businesses to create high-quality apparel using a variety of techniques, including embroidery, screen printing, and sublimation. These methods ensure durable, professional designs that look great and stand the test of time.

Where do I pickup my order?

Orders are typically distributed by your team manager or coach at convenient locations such as your practice area, on game day, or during other team gatherings. Once your order is ready, your team manager or coach will communicate the pickup details. If you have questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Am I able to cancel my order?

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable due to their personalized nature. For other items, cancellations are permitted if they meet certain requirements, but will incur a 10% restocking fee. If you need assistance with your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Orders are typically coordinated with your team manager or coach for convenient pickup. Once your order is complete, we will notify your team manager or coach, who will arrange a time and place for distribution to the team. If you have any specific concerns or need assistance, feel free to contact us directly.
